On my Cougar, the fuse is in the front storage (battery compartment previously mentioned) inline between the motor and the control box. Took quite awhile to find it the first time. It has a cap such that it looks like just a bump in the wire. I now keep a supply of fuses on hand as I blow it every time I raise the landing gear to the stop. I've gotten pretty good now at stopping at the mark so I don't blow the fuse.
I suspect it's the same setup on all Keystones with the Lippert (LCI) remote.
