Odds are the leah is on the top working it's way around the frame.
Sure, you can use sealant, but that is stalling permenent corrective action.

If you do need Hehr products your going to need those little tiny numbers on your window to match up exactly what you need. But as noted I'd say 90% of leaks are between outside of the window frame and inside of RV window frame. I like to use doubled up "tacky tape". Be careful getting window out they are expensive if you break them.
