- DirtclodsExplorer III've always leave a window cracked just like at home for the fresh air. My rig is in my driveway also. I'm in California, Orange County. We still have summer weather.

X4 and x2, respectively. Mine are rarely closed, usually only in very humid weather while running ac or very cold while running furnace. Always open, under cover and vent cover, while in storage. - ScottGNomadOur are kept tightly closed because the TT is a lot drier inside and doesn't fill up the DryZairs nearly as fast as when those vents are open.
- 2btowedExplorerleave vents open all year, and in summer put a pan of water in the bedroom and one in kitchen,to keep cabinets from drying and splitting...AZ gets HOT and DRY in summer !!!!
- Dick_BExplorerX2 Dakota98. We also crack the end window covers for the same reason.
- HalmfamilyExplorerOur roof vents have never been fully closed in two years.

Covered trailer and covered vents.. - Pangaea_RonExplorerWe leave ours open a bit, with all cabinet doors and drawers open. We also use a ceramic heater set to come on with a 35F thermal switch that we set on the open oven door. We also run another heater on the fan only setting to circulate air that is set on a 12x12 ceramic tile.
- N-TroubleExplorerI wouldn't leave them open unless I had Maxair covers over them. Otherwise rain water will find its way in. Has happened to me before... Assuming the trailer has no water leaks what moisture would you be reducing by leaving them open? If anything I think you would be inducing moisture into the trailer rather than reducing.
