Ours did not come with one but it is an option and the DW wants one and I am trying to convince her to just let me use 2 jack stands and leave out the fence part that goes around the deck/ramp. Besides, it looks like my sandrail will run over the rails when not in use when it's folded and stored on the ramp. What's the purpose of the fence anyway??
