Lighting the Pilot Light in an Oven
Why, by all that is holy, do ovens light in the back? It makes it a two person ordeal. If the pilot was in the front, or even half-way it would make a lighting the oven a lot easier.

Okay, I for one am confused. Mine is so simple to light. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong now. All I do is grab one of those long lighters with a trigger, and get started. I push in the knob, and hold the lighter over the pilot hole. It lights in a few seconds. I wait about five seconds, let off the pressure on the knob and then turn on the oven. It works everytime, and I'll bet the whole process takes less than 10 seconds.
