Any company can design a flawed product, but when that company learns from their mistakes and fixes the issues. That says something. You also have to remember, depending on your attitude, and the person you talk to, it makes all the difference in the world.

My attitude was good and I kept my cool! After dealing with them my attitude has definitely changed.
Hope this does not happen to you so you have to deal with them.
