Loading quad sideways

I am contemplating getting a TH.
I have two 2004 Arctic Cat 650 V2s.
They weigh about 800# each.
To make them fit in the garage, the one loaded first would need to be loaded sideways.
I am thinking of some sort of lift/rotating mechanisim to spin the quad and position it once it is in the garage.

Anyone done something like this?

TIA

  • IMHO The Arctic cat is roughly 7' or so in length. Measuring it diagonally (right front to left rear) would probably be 8' or longer making it almost impossible to rotate 90 degrees inside an 8' wide TH. Not saying it couldn't be done but might be hard to do.
I had a 6' long ATV that I hauled sideways inside an 8' wide enclosed trailer and it was a bear to turn 90 degrees by hand. The front and rear tires almost hit the walls halfway through the rotation.
