In Feb. I received a letter from Winnebago and Wesco stating that the locks on my RV have been recalled. My locks were part of the recall and I immediately contacted Wesco Fastec. So far I have not received the replacement locks. Has anyone else been part of this recall? I have called company several times but I get is voice mail.

Sent info on March 15. Emailed on May 15, received a response that the replacements would go out the next day. May 31, still nothing.

I gave up waiting after months and just bought and installed new lock sets. Bruce

Yes, we received ours about 3 weeks after filling with them. We also asked for a specific number to match our other locks. I did have to pay for a couple of cylinders because we had 3 sets of keys but only 1 was affected in the recall. Now the whole trailer is keyed alike which is super nice.

Just got the following email back.

I am sorry for your inconvenience. We are currently working on February the 20th orders for the recall. Due to the volume of orders we have fallen behind on getting orders out. Thank you for your patience with us during this time.
