Yes, if the loaded to camp FW, only weighed 10,000 lbs, you would be at your GVWR, since you only have 1,940 available payload left. You still have to take away 200 lbs more for the hitch, so 1,740 left for pin wt.
Many people tow over their trucks GVWR. You will have to decide if you want to do this. Is it safe? If not more than a few hundred lbs over, probably. You do not want to go over your RAWR!
