Not really, a 16K hitch is about where you start to see better quality. Many hitches 15K and below are considered entry level.
There are many good hitches, but the 16K B&W Patriot, is one of the better ones, for the dollars spent. Look at E-trailer, or Tweety's, for info, and good price.
