This is true, many will recommend what they have, if it has been trouble free for them. The next person may have had a bad experience with the same model, and say stay away from this one.
I have never owned a Montana, but have heard of many satisfied owners with this brand.
Another consideration, is use of the FW. If weekending, with a few trips each year, you may not need a high end, heavy, full time model. If you plan to live in it, or snowbird 6 months of the year, than a high end used, may be best for the 45k budget.
