Jayco RV - Eagle and Open Range Divisions also makes good quality RV's/5th wheels that are well within your budget new. 45' long you'll not find and certainly not within your budget for a decent quality 5th wheel. Jayco is the largest maker of travel trailers. They are not a holding corporation like Forest River and Thor etc but are family owned and have been making RV's since 1968. Jayco has a very fine reputation!
