As others have suggested, DO NOT COMPROMISE!!! IMHO bunk beds will limit your choices of various floor plans. The couch that can be opened to a bed with an air mattress is an option for your daughter. The period of time your daughter will be RVing with you is limited and once she does not RV with you, will you be satisfied with the floor plan?? I would also suggest:
1. G rated tires
2. look at a 5th wheel hitch that has air or shock control to eliminate most of the chucking and push/pull experiences.
3. The size of your refrigerator, water, gray and black is important to your
RV experiences, the bigger the better!!
