Well, I've tried just about everything imaginable on mine, and it still like to stick.
I've tried white lithium grease, Vaseline, WD-40, and even liquid cooking oil.
I have found that simply emptying the bowl and letting it dry, then pouring a couple table spoons of cooking oil over the seals and pushing the peddle a couple times does better, last longer, and is cheap.
I keep thinking I need to replace the seal, but the cooking oil just worked fine, until it rubs off. A couple more tablespoons and back in business for a while again.
Maybe someday, I'll replace the seal.
