macerator pump for black water discharge

we have a great location to park our 5er beside our home but only have a 2" sewer line servicing our basement kitchenette sink located in that vicinity. I'd like to have the option to discharge black/grey water into this but I think I need some sort of macerator pump before discharging. Is there such a system? Has anyone ever don this before?
  • The various macerators seem to work fine (I dont have one). But just because you have a 2" waste line doesn't mean you have to macerate. Your RV will drain fine into a 2" line. Just make up an adapter with fittings from the home center. Might drain just a little slower.

If you need to go a long distance, or uphill, then look at things like the Flojet.
  • I have the portable Flojet Kit.
For past 7 yrs. I used it every year when at sisters house in FL .
Clean out is over 100' away with a 2' rise
    Works great
  • replying to my own question - should-of googled this first. I see the floJet rv waste pump kit will do exactly what we want. is there anyone out there with experience using this?
