Max weight on roof access ladder
Does anyone know what weight the ladders are rated for? I weigh 200 lbs and the ladders on the rear of the 5ers to gain acces to the roof don't appear all that sturdy.......:h

One probably should check with the RV's manufacturer. I've used a many a ladder in my days, and there's no way the ladder on our Open Range is rated for 300#. If it is, they are using some obscure rating system.
I'll use it if need be, but to do routine stuff like cleaning off the slide tops on each trip, I carry along an electric leaf blower, push broom, and one of the 7' folding step ladders.
