This would not be a problem for us. I am assuming the camper has a door to the water closet so there should be privacy. If we had guests we would simply wear pajamas or be under the covers. Why would a guest seeing me sleeping be big deal? Perhaps it would wake me up but in the grand scheme inconveniences having guests could produce I see this as a non issue.

If this really is a big issue with your wife you could get a tension rod and make a curtain to hide her from view while she is in bed.
