Sure glad I'm not alone in my opinion. I had a park trailer for 10 years. It sat outside year around in the rain and snow. Never washed it once. The rain and snow did that for me. Touched up the caulk as needed and stayed off of it. Never a problem. Nobody ever cared if it was clean or dirty...I kept the outside of the trailer clean and waxed and it looked as good as new when we sold it...I'm doing the same with my current fiver.
