EPDM rubber roofs are used in commercial applications with ZERO maintenance recommendations. Of course, it's a generally a good idea to keep debris off the surface to allow for proper water flow (shouldn't be a problem for an RV that rolls down the highway). All the cleaning products for RVs are complete snake oil.
