Our new Keystone Hideout has a chucking problem and lots of folks have recommended the mor ryde pin box... I am very interested in buying one, but I am already riding a few inches high with the hit...

I just measured both my Mor-Ryde and the original LCI kingpin. You're statement is essentially correct. The Mor-Ryde sits only about 1/4" lower than the original.
My previous statement of 2"-3" is incorrect.
Visually, it looks to be that much. But when you measure along the plane of the headplate, you can see that its basically the same.
