- RECVEH2005ExplorerMy fiver came with the Demco Glide-Ride. I put a Trailer Saver BD3 in my truck. Good combination for travel. Also makes unhitching very easy as there is no binding.
Mike - MrCrabbyExplorerI purchased the mor/ryde last summer and installed it myself. Very simple job. Tweetys beat the best price I could find on the internet. What really impressed me was I ordered it on a Monday evening. On Tuesday morning I received a call from a trucking company advising me they had a delivery for me. Was delivered Wednesday morning. First thing I purchased from them, but won't be the last. It makes a very noticeable difference when pulling the 5th wheel.
- GoPackGoExplorerI have the same exact setup as Traveler II. Works GREAT !
- handsome51ExplorerHow about not worrying about which pin box and just make a one time buy of a 25k air safe hitch with a binkley holland head and be happy as you go down the road. I will admit they are pricey. But it only hurts when you write the check out. It was the first and only 5th wheel hitch that I have bought on the advice of a friend who had bought one after using a Reese hitch for years. I bought it in 2006 and been happy ever since.
Nothing moves in the trailer unless you slam on the brakes in a emergency. Under normal driving nothing moves . - dapperdanExplorerWe traded in our old '08 Montana Mountaineer for a '11 Montana. The old trailer had a regular pin box, the new one has the Mor Ryde pin box. BIG difference, we didn't get two blocks from the dealership that first day and we both noticed it. We love the Mor Ryde.

I took the TrailAir pin box off our current trailer and installed a Demco. Unless something better is available, will do it again on the next one when that time comes.SDM wrote:
Took the Demco off and put on a Trail-air. Great ride now.
One might understand how we readers can get confused. Consensus is never easy. - badbob1ExplorerI added the Demco Glide N Ride and made a huge improvement in the ride. Was well worth the cost and ordered on line from Tweety.
Good Luck
BadBob - MC9ExplorerIn my short bed TV I thought it was one of the worst roads in the country. In my long bed TV not bad. Just sayin.
- filrupmarkExplorerWe were on I 10 from Baton Rouge to New Orleans going across the Lake Pontchartrain bridge when we decided we needed to make this change.
- filrupmarkExplorerHey Guys, Thanks for all of the input maybe we should go with the cheapest . Your input sounds like a tossup. Thanks, Mark
