I just put over 300 miles on my new MorRyde in the last few days. I also have a new B&W Patriot. I have pretty much the same set up as the OP. 5'er weighs 9,000lbs loaded. 2012 Ram 2500 CC LB CTD. I still have some chucking. It's more of a controlled feeling than with no MorRyde. I went on some really rough roads today (OR31-OR395). The 1st part was horrible, but the new MR did a decent job. I also had them build it with the under 11500lb GVW springs or rubber things. I did notice that it moves at least an inch back and forth. You could see the dust marks on the pin from where it sat all week prior to towing. So I know it's doing the job. I still get some chucking from certain situations like dips and bumps in the same spot. I have no bump on start and stop or anything like that. It's the RB72-1716-3 style.
As a whole I'm 80% satisfied. It's not perfect but it's better than before and the ride is something I can live with.
To the OP, not sure if you will get a 100% no chucking ride. But if you didn't get anything different after installing the new MR, then a call to MR needs to be made.
