Morryde pinbox worth the $$$?

Considering a Morryde pinbox. Would appreciate feedback from others that have replaced their original solid pinbox with a Morryde. Are they worth the $500 to $600?
I have a couple reasons I'm considering switching. First, is to go with a shorter pinbox length. I have a 19" pinbox for a shortbed pickup on the trailer now. That was fine for prior pickup, but traded it off for a 8' bed truck. Second, is to improve ride. Planning a 3,500 mile trip this summer.

    wouldn't be without it dw has neck issues and it made all the difference in the world for her.

    Staying on topic..:R

    - - to answer your question..... MorRyde worth the $ = yes.

    Eliminate chucking = Yes - it did what's it's supposed to for me.

    Are there other -or better- solutions = don't know...
    that's a subject for another thread..:S

    The AirBorn moves up and down so I don'r see how it can help with chucking.

    No debate, Heck yeah it is worth it ,my last Montana had none and it was annoying and LOUD New Montana with it .....AAAAHHHHHH

    I ordered my Bighorn with the Mor/Ryde pinbox. It works terrifically well in concert with my Hensley BD3 air hitch. This is definitely the way to fly.

    Fixed pin box on previous 5er, lots of chucking, clunking and banging. Mor/Ryde on current 5er and WOW what a difference! much smoother towing, no chucking/jerking, no banging/clunking upon takeoff or stopping. Very satisfied.

    Based on price Morryde is my best sell to the DW. I expect we'll be looking to trade this bunk house model off in about 4 - 5 years when the kids reach the point it's not cool to go camping with Mom and Dad anymore.

    Our kids are now 31 and 24. It never happened with them that it was not"cool" to go camping with Mom and Dad. Weird kids I guess! Lol.

    Never pulled a trailer with anything other than fixed or rigid pinbox.

    MorRyde controls fore and aft movement. AirBorn up and down. TrailAir up and down but add the TriGlide and it also does fore and aft.

    MorRyde and Triglide helps with chucking AirBorn does not.
