Yearly at a minimum or before a long trip then afterwards if more lengthy travels are expected. 3-5000 miles is a good rule of thumb for me. Dexter Axle, who probably make all wet bolt kits regardless of name, says 3 mos. or 3,000 miles and as always, their recommendations seem a bit CYA conservative
