Just want to say thanks for the idea's. I went with the 5"x5" fence PVC and mounted it on top of the rear bumper for now. It looks like it belongs there. I will look at mounting it underneath in front of the axles come next summer. There is just too much snow on the ground right now to be crawling under the FW. ;) Next project will be installing a rear view safety camera.
