17200 lb 5ver is too much for a 1 ton srw as well... unless you disregard all ratings ....including max tire carrying capacity. I don't give gvwr a whole lot of regard and adding air bags can increase an axle's ability to carry weight but to disregard tire ratings is going too far in my mind.
