You will most undoubtedly exceed GVWR, but should remain within GCWR.
You will need to weigh the rear axle to determine if you have enough tire capacity for it.
What tires came with it?
The Big Country 3450TS is light on pin weight from the factory at just under 19%. Pin weight should be 20-25%, or 3100-3875 fully loaded. The %age will jump quick as you start adding stuff, looking at the layout.
That isn't to say a 2500HD will do any worse than a 3500 SRW, you just might bust the GVWR.. like most 2500 owners. Just watch the rear tire limit, that's a legitimate one to pay attention to.
