Need Help with KZ Escalade Air Conditioner

I have a friend that has a new to him 2006 35 ft? KZ Escalade and the AC does not seem to be working well. I'm thinking the filters may need cleaning but need to know where they are located. Any help about filters or AC would be appreciated. He knows very little since it is his first RV. Thanks
