Never used FW tank, need to sanitize for use next week, how?

I've never used the fresh water tank in my rig. I have filled it once about 3 years ago and then drained it without using the water. It's a 2009 model and I believe the tank is 54 gal. I need to sanit...

I'm on a well at home, so that's not really an option. But thanks for the advice.
