Yes, that is a hole in the rim, you would not believe what i had to go through to get the Rim manufacturer to ok a new rim, Pictures of tire, tread, date codes, dot codes, etc.

Im going to call Forest River tomorrow Morning and let them what is going on and how disappointed I am with them for having so many issues with a $52k unit
