There is always room for buyer negotiation. A buyer needs to do a lot of homework, such as you are doing. Once you know what model you actually want, you have to decide what you feel is a reasonable price to pay for it. That is when you tell the sales person what you will give them for it, rather than would you take this much for it. They need to know you are serious, ready to buy, right now. Just remember, your offer is pending final inspection, and any down payment refundable if RV does not pass inspection. This needs to be written in any contract drawn at time of agreement.
You can always leave after your offer is turned down, they'll get your number. They will call you, or you can go back, raise offer if you wish.
It will be harder to negotiate a price, on a brand that is not widespread, and readily available anywhere.
