The 29-5T will put any 3/4 ton that is rated to tow 13k to 14k over it's 10k GVWR and be right at the trucks rear axle weight rating. Mine has almost 3k pin weight, and that is with only about 15 to 20 gallons of water in the tank. You can get by with a 350/3500 SRW but barely.
Also for those in California, if you decide to purchase a 29-5T, be aware that the trailers GVWR is 15,700 lbs. This requires a non commercial class A license to legally tow it or any other 5th wheel with a GVWR over 15k.
