The EZ pivot is more than a storage container. If your comparing it to a tote I'm not sure you understand what the EZ pivot is all about?
It does store the hose but it is way more than a storage container.
It is designed so that your sewage hose operates more like a gas pump hose.
Just pivot the pipe pull out the end and put it into the sewage pipe.
The back end is permanently attached to the RV. In theory you only need to handle the end of the sewer hose.
The Ez pivot is more about convenience than storage. There is far less contact with user and Sewer hose. There is no connecting hose to RV,no rolling up hose, no rinsing hose. Just pivot,dump,put away.
