new to campers. kitchen sink wont drain, grey tank is empty

Ok thanks for all the help. The rod on the valve was actually broken flush with the frame but it is right in front of the driver side wheels under the slide out on this particular model. Hopefully someone else will search for this and find it helpful so they won't have to pull half the cover off the bottom side to find it
