I agree with the previous poster, clean it and run it.
The RBW company was purchased by another company and the fifth wheel hitches were discontinued. It does appear that the new company liscensed the design out to Curt and Husky as they make nearly identical hitches to the RBW Lil' Rocker now.

The minor difference is in the leg design and the fact that the Curt and the Husky do not have the rocker lock out. And I think these hitches are made in China vs the RBW which was made in the USA (I think...not 100% sure about the RBW)
These hitches are economy hitches now with a slide bar jaw. Basically a solid bar of steel captures the king pin ensuring a solid connection between the Fiver and the hitch.
It is a little noisier than some of the dual jaw hitches but many, to this day, will prefer the slide bar over the dual jaw for peace of mind, knowing that the king pin is securely captured.
