New to us 5er

We have been away from a 5er for about 8 years or so and decided to start looking around a few months back. My mom knew an elderly gentleman who bought a 2013 keystone sprinter copper canyon 252 FWRLS. The floor plan is perfect for us and has lots of cabinet space. we like the shower instead of the tub in our current TT. Lots of upgrades including the arctic package and electric awning over our current TT. The owner only used it 1 night before he lost his wife. We got it for a great price and could not pass it up. We hope to have as many happy camping nights in it as we have in our TT. He also threw in the B and W Companion slider hitch which is a very nice hitch. Just ordered the goose neck kit for my truck to adapt to the companion. The DW is super happy. HAPPY WIFE= HAPPY LIFE lol.

    Funny you mention this as I just put new Maxxis 8008's on my TT less than a year ago that are the same size and rating as the 5er tires they will get exchanged to the 5er this week. I will also check bearings and seals at that time.The TT will be getting parked for my son to live in for a while and will not be on the road.

    Congratulations on your "new" fiver. Being a 2013 model makes the tires at least 4 years old and the trailer hasn't been towed anywhere.
