I used to love getting a new vehicle every year or 2 back when I didn't know that I couldn't afford it and didn't need it to be happy.
At 73 I would still like the novelty of a new car or truck every year or so if I had enough money to provide all other present and future needs and no loans. Not going to happen. That's OK because I've learned that a "new" one isn't new after a few months and used is great and saves thousands. Also, they will nearly all last for years and well over 100,000 and still be nice. Debt free and plan to stay that way.
