I have an 08 Chevy diesel, problem free, runs awesome, no DEF and 120,000 miles on it, 85,000 miles are mine. I have been eyeballing a new or 2015 GMC Denali. My truck is almost paid off so after trade my payments would be the same outflow every month.
I am like you tho, I like new vehicles lol. A buddy of mine has an 08 dodge. He just paid someone $1,100 to add new leather to all the seats plus about $1,000 in other things like backup camera, radio, DVD player, navigation. He basically has a new truck for $2,100.
It's not the same but definitely an option. Especially since 06 was the best year of diesels.
