UPDATE: We had our annual family campout last weekend and the new Cooper tires worked well. All 4 at 80 psi; same for the FW, as we were running a bit heavy. Towing at +/-62 mph. Tires are very quiet, though there was still a bit of "hunting" along the pavement seams, so I did have to be on top of my driving. Was muddy getting out, but had no problems, even in 2wd. Very slopping going in, however, and was in 4LO simply to keep my speed down through the ruts and holes.
So far, I'm happy with the Coopers and hope they last better'n the BFGs.

Why would you over inflate your TV front tires like that. The load on the front axle changes very little with a 5th wheel. What does the door jam sticker list as inflation for the front axle?
If you have LT265/75R16E 65-70 pounds is all that is needed or desired. Or our you still running LT245/75R1E's, again 80 pounds in the front is over inflated with 6084 pounds capacity when you have around 5K on the front axle. That would contribute to handling issues.

Before I towed my FW, I was at 70 all-around on my truck, since I wasn't towing or hauling anything serious. They hunted worse at the lower pressure and no weight. Also, I was running 80 as I had stuff in the bed of my truck, right up against the cab, as well as 4 adults and stuff =in= the cab. Tires are 265 vs the OEM 245.
