NO WATER PRESSURE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

yes today I did find the pump its a sureflo and I tried priming it since it was going the night it froze without water and that was no luck, as for the city water connection I do have water coming out of the outside where the line runs from outside water faucet to the city water connection so that's not frozen and I don't live in a rv park its behind my landlords house and they had 3 campers they would rent out. so none of them know anything about campers nor the owners and its been 4 days without water so I was just trying to figure it out myself. as well another question being im running straight city water would I even still need a pump, or shouldn't the water bypass that and come out straight reguardless pump or not.

If it has been below freezing and now you have no water, the line is frozen somewhere. Probably the hose outside at the least, maybe lines inside the coach. And you will get no water until they thaw. Go back to "square one".....then ditto the above -

Make sure there is water coming from the city water connection at the hose bib - where you connect your supply hose.
(To determine if the park's water line/s are frozen)

Disconnect the supply hose at your RV - turn the faucet "ON" - and see if water comes out the end of the supply hose.

If the answer is "Yes" - you know the problem is somewhere *inside* your RV - - and proceed with the suggestions already offered.

IF you have no water flowing when connected to city water source then you need to start at the city water connection and check the washer/screen in hose connection.....is it plugged? If not then your check valve inside the city water connection has jammed (probably damaged from freeze)

IF you have no water flow with pump turned on then you need to check that you have water in fresh water tank, need to check suction side of pump for broken/cracked fittings and or inlet strainer clogged/busted.
Then you need to check if pump motor is getting 12V DC power. If motor hummmms then it has power but pump end is damaged from freeze.


Your best bet..........get a fellow camper to come over and help you.
Living in an RV you should know where things are and what they do.
The fellow camper should be able to help you.

The pump will be close to/above the fresh water tank.
Open cabinets/pull drawers/look under bed......turn it on and trace down the hummming sound

We can't see....only guide and guess.

im not sure where the pump is located

if I cut the pump off then theres not any water coming out even being with it connected to the city water connection it doesn't spurt or anything.

X2. Your troubleshooting process would start at the outside hose bib, then proceed through every fitting between there and your inside faucet.

I say pull the pump out I'll bet it has a a crack. I have Experienced this

When I am camping and the temp goes below freezing I will always remove the city water hose connection. This is the first thing that freezes up for me if left connected.

My pump is only used when I am using water from the fresh water tank. When connected to the city water the pump is not required and is turned off.

This is a very simplified pictorial on how the typical RV Water system is configured. Might give you some information figuring out what is happening at your specific location..

the hose on the outside we got a new one and hooked it up. and when I went under yesterday there was no leaks or anything cracked anywhere.
