Northland rv /outdoor rv question

Outdoor RV is also located in Oregon, and also builds their own frames. I have heard that they are owned by Nash as well and share many of the quality features of Arctic Fox like the frames, shocked suspension, plywood construction. Outdoors RV is the company we are looking at as they build high quality shorter 5th wheels. They have a series of videos on their site which highlight some of their quality differences.
