You are asking wise questions. Research. Reading forums like this bring up points that even seasoned RVers may not think of. Figure out the camper first, then what to pull it with. Saves time and money in the long run. And once you find your dream unit, finding the tow vehicle is easier.
Also, not that you can plan for everything, but keep options open. When my bride and I went to a truck camper to see the USA, little did we realize we would be raising our 3 grandkids the next year!
