Only 1/2 of AC Units working
Okay all...I'm going to try my best to be as detailed as possible.
My elderly parents are currently in Idaho with their 2019 Riverstone Legacy 5th wheel built by Forest River and I am in Southern California.
They have a Dometic Thermostat and 3 AC units for the trailer, currently, they are having an issue in that not all of the AC units are working and they are not tech-savvy to check these forums to help with troubleshooting. They have tried to connect with the corporate, but the plant is closed due to a positive COVID test. Dealer in Idaho wants them to drop off the trailer so they can troubleshoot, however, not until 8/17 and they are living in it at the moment, not really an option.
If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, input, anything to help resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated and if you need more info, feel free to ask I can reach out to them and get back to you.
I have downloaded manuals and sent them troubleshooting videos from youtube as well. Any insights would be most graciously appreciated.
