I've had 3 long bed Rams - a 1996 dually with a rail-mounted Reese hitch, a 2002 dually with a B&W 18K Companion and a 2011 dually with a B&W 20K Companion. Every one of them has had the centerline of the kingpin bore of the hitch ahead of the rear axle centerline.
