Reflection 220rk. About 26 1/2' long. Loaded weight around 7500 lbs.
That's about what I want!
Is reflection the brand or model?
About what do those cost?
This is the Grand Design Reflection 220rk. Has one slide and is perfect for a couple. Depending upon the freight charges to your dealer, list price is around $40,000. My out the door price was $31940. You might be able to find a dealer that will go less than that if you don't want to buy locally.

I like that price much better than the $60 & $68k I got when looking at the mountaineer & titanium by Outdoors RV.
Yet people say you get what you pay for?
Is your 4 seasons prepped? ( I think that's what they call it when it's all insulatated in the tanks & valves Etc? )
Have you looked at many others?
Did the Grand Design feel or look cheap compared to the ones list at over 60K?
I'm assuming you'll say no or you would not of bought it.
This is my second Grand Design RV so yes I like them. Their customer service is second to none. The lighter 150 series have some type of plastic counter tops instead of the solid surface counter top on my Reflection 29rs- this is to save weight. The cabinet doors aren't raised panels which is also to save weight. It's still a nice RV.
I had a Forest River Columbus 36' a few years ago. A very nice unit that had nicer cabinets, furnishings, etc but it wasn't put together any better than these. Basically they are all built on an assembly line and built fast........ You won't find any difference in build quality between any of the brands. I stuck with Grand Design because on several occasions they have sent parts directly to me at no charge- including several drawers that got destroyed when I forgot to make sure they were closed before opening one of the slides.
Here is the link to the RV's construction and four seasons package.

You also get a small table with the chaise lounge. If you get the theater seating option you don't get either the table or the option for an extra bed. There are no other options available on these units.

We looked at some built by OutDoors, I'm told NorthWoods builds these & they were very nice!
Yet cost $60K is that on the high end of prices for an under 30' 5er?
I was hoping to spend 1/2 that yet these were very nice?
ORV is a Sister company to Northwoods, not the same products though.
