Yeah, notice a lot of that in South Carolina and in Florida. Even had one idiot stopped between exit and highway then pulled out in front of me the last second while I was rolling around 55 had to slam on brakes to avoid him, there was no room for me pass him it was either passing traffic or the ditch, missed slamming into him by a mere couple of feet, scary moment.
