One might think that frig only heats with ac but sit down some day and count up the circuit control boards you have in a camper and then consider their replacement cost can be anywhere from $100 on up to several hundred. Some reefers have 2 boards. I lost both in one day to the tune of $450. Had a progressive dynamics unit ever since.
