I won't have to worry about pressure washing now, as I had a new RV Flex Armor installed last month after some tree damage to the roof. Washer is never going to damage that roof.
I just had RV Flex Armor applied to my roof after my 5 year old EPDM roof membrane started leaking through the material. Yes it was kept clean and maintained per manufacturer's recommendations. My solution to any rubber roof issue is RV Flex Armor. I would do it immediately after purchase of a new RV. I won't EVER mess with rubber roofs and caulking them again EVER!
