Sailun is a little taller tire, one would have to see if they have enough room for them versus the GY G614...I would think if someone were running G614's, they'd have a spare G614 and I would think if someone is running the Sailun S637's, they would have one of those as a spare also
but good idea as a reminder of the Sailun being approx 1" larger in circumference.
