I have a Crusader 296BHS since last Spring (2014). From a quality stand-point, Prime Time isn't any better or worse than other mid-range manufacturers.
I would say the are known for:
- taking care of customers during the warranty period
- including a decent level of accessories/options by default in the base price. e.g. good value
- their interior decor doesn't look like a bad cruise ship
- floor plans are decent
Like all other manufacturers, you will want to add options and upgrade things when you get it. I would also recommend taking a good look at the options to make sure you get things up front that are helpful (e.g. dual pane windows, 16" wheels, 2nd AC, etc).
I would recommend browsing the PT forum. Just keep in mind that you likely see more grumblers on the forum because the happy people don't have as many reasons to post.
